Pest Control in SydneyTerms of Use
These terms apply when you use pestcontrolinsydney.com ("the site"), run by Pest Control in Sydney ("we", "us"). Please read them with our Privacy Policy.

1. What we are (and aren't)
We are a free referral service. We are not a pest control company. We don't inspect, treat, quote for or do any pest control work ourselves.
2. How it works
- You fill in the quote form with your details and your pest problem.
- With your consent, we pass your details to one licensed, independent local pest control business that services your area.
- That business contacts you directly to talk about your job and give you a quote.
3. How we are paid
The business we refer you to pays us a referral fee for passing on your request. That's how we keep the service free for you. We only refer each request to one business, and we never sell your details to marketing lists.
4. Free, with no obligation
Using the site and getting a quote is free. You are under no obligation to accept any quote or hire anyone. Any agreement for pest control work is made directly between you and that business, on their terms.
5. The business's work
We check that the businesses we work with hold a current NSW pest management licence and have good customer reviews. But the business, not us, is responsible for its quote, licence, insurance, advice, safety and the quality of its work. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law against that business are not affected by these terms.
6. Information on the site
Our guides and pest pages are general information only, not professional advice for your property. Prices and timings mentioned are typical ranges, not quotes. For anything about chemicals, health or safety, follow the advice of a licensed pest controller.
7. Using the site fairly
Please only submit genuine requests about a property you own, rent or manage, with your own correct contact details. Don't submit someone else's details without their permission, and don't send spam or misuse the form.
8. Messages and opting out
We only contact you about the request you made. We don't send marketing. To opt out, or to ask that your details aren't shared any further, email quotes@pestcontrolinsydney.com with "Opt out" in the subject. We'll action it within 5 business days, and we'll let the business we referred you to know that you've asked not to be contacted. Any business emails we send include a way to unsubscribe, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
9. Your privacy
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, who we share it with, and how to access, correct or delete it.
10. Our responsibility
We provide the site and the referral as a free service and do our best to keep it accurate and working. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for the work, quotes or conduct of the business we refer you to.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
